The sensor is located below the hood on the pasanger side. It it normally the second relay switch. Their is three other relay switces.

Did you try the horn relay? It is located near the fuse box.
If it is still in the same place as a '93, it is behind (near the connections of) the Battery.

The 2000 Plymouth Voyager 2.4 liter engine radiator cooling fan relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column, fourth from the top.
On the '92 sunblrd SE the power for the lights to from fuse to headlight switch to dimmer switch to bulb, no relay involved.
