behind your front grill. Just take the top long narrow panel off by unscrewing the 7 or 8 screws and popping the plastic rivet things out and you'll see it between the radiator and your front grill. It'll be bolted on with 1 screw. Not sure of all the names of these things but I just changed mine and put back together in 30 minutes.
