Why does coolant fan keep running on 1990 Honda accord?

It is cooling the engine off. Your Honda may be running slightly hot. I suggest you service the cooling system. Drain, flush, replace the thermostat, install a 50/50 mix of antifreeze & distilled water, bleed air from system.

How do you get heat in a 1990 Chevy Lumina APV if replacing the thermostat did not help?

Make sure antifreeze level is not low. And also "bleed" air from the cooling system. Look for bleeders where water hoses enter the engine. (might be one right on the thermostat housing).

What is the operating temp for 2.5 4-cylinder 1990 jeep wrangler?

The normal operating temperature is always dependent on the thermostat in other words a 195 degree thermostat will give you near 195 degrees temperature anything different will be a problem with either the cooling system or the temperature gauge

What would cause an 1990 Acura Integra to overheat?

could happen if the thermostat is not opening, or if there's a pressure leak in the cooling system, insufficient cooling fluid, or a bad water-pump, a kink in a hose or blockage in the cooling-system. Anything that keeps the coolant from flowing in and out of the block or causes a loss of pressure. It isn't enough to just have coolant in the system, the sysem has to hold a head of steam as well. Otherwise the water will just get hot and blow out of the system.

Check for air in your cooling system and/or flush the heater core. Check the rad cap to make sure that it is holding the pressure

How do you bleed the air out of a cooling system on a 1990 Chevrolet Lumina with a 3.1L engine?

On top of the thermostat housing is a bleed valve. Loosen the top nut first, this will bleed it. There is another one on the radiator, but I haven't found it yet.

What is cooling system capacity on 1990 190e 2.6 Mercedes?

Usually,if the antifreeze mix is effective to -22*F(-30*C),the boiling point of the coolant in the pressurized cooling system of your vehicle is approx.266*F (130*C).Stop and go traffic may raise the coolant temp.to the red marking. You should not operate your vehicle in the red zone
