It is in the top rear of the bell housing. To see, on a 3.8 or 3.3, remove battery (10mm terminals and coolant fill support, 13mm clamp), battery tray (13mm) and cruise control vacuum unit (need to unplug some vacuum hoses and 13mm).
No crank sensor, only the sensor in the distributor.
the 1995 and before 3.0L's only have the sensor in the distributor. No crank sensor.
The Crank sensor is located on the transmission housing near the top at the back of the engine.
It does not have a crank sensor, it only has the "pick up" plate in the distributor.
A Dodge Caravan does not have a mass air flow sensor.
