Well if it's the same setup as my 88 XJ (4.0L, MPI), then it is in a very obscure spot on the very top side of the flywheel. It took 2 of us and a couple of 18" extensions to remove the part from below the vehicle. It has 2 bolts that I could not see, only feel. The harness connects near the rear of the engine and fuel rail to the left of the throttle body. It should have a red, black and white wire if I remember correctly.
