Slide in under the front bumber and remove the skid plate so you can see the front bottom pulley on the engine. Now look behind the harmonic balancer at the passenge side of the timing chain cover and you will see it. It is held in the timing cover with 1 bolt. It will have electrical connector pluged into it.
The 1992 did not use a crankshaft sensor.
The crankshaft positioning sensor is located on the bottom of the plastic timing chain cover, right behind the crank shaft pully. It is held in place by a metal clip with a single 10mm bolt.

Remove the distributor cap and rotor. It is the only electronic device that you will see. The cam sensor.

It is located right above the starter for a 5.7l V8, not sure for the 4.3 or 5.0, probably the same place
