It is located on the engine block behind the right cylinder head. The electrical connector will be somewhat near the distributor. If you are replacing it, it will be much simpler if you remove the Passenger side front tire and also remove the plastic inner fenderwell, this will allow you a little more room to remove it as it is located in the bellhousing just behind the exaust manifold....... On the 4.7 it is located on the block
