on the right side of the steering colum tucked back half way down,
It won't have a relay. Usually it is the switch, or the fan motor that goes bad.
AnswerDont know what year E350 Take the cover off of the fuse box and there will be a diagram inside the top indicating which fuse is the speed controlFord just had a recall regarding the cruise control on my 93 E350 on my motorhome. I think they installed a fuse or fusable link down on the frame by the brake cutoff switch. You might want to make sure you research to see if your Ford requires this recall.ACTUALY JUST GOT BACK FROM THE DEALERSHIP , I HAVE A 96 E350 AND THE CRUISE IS NOT WORKING .... I JUST HAD THE RELAY REPLACED ....IT IS LOCATED ON THE MASTER CYCLINDER ....ANYONE HAVE A CLUE WHERE TO START , FUSES ARE GOOD AND RELAY IS GOOD ..WHAT ELSE CAN I LOOK FOR ?There is a diagram in the owners manual (page 125 or 129 for relays). Check outhttp://vehicleownersmanuals.blogspot.com/ to download it for free.
My cruise control used to go out every time it rained. It finally died. There was no relationship to the ABS system.
I have a 1991 E350 and the fuses are under the dash drivers side. Cruise control fuse is labelled in owners manual. My fuse is good and my cruise is not working. I do not get the "cruise" light to come on either. I am going to check the steering wheel spider as suggested somewhere else. Its accessible by removing two bolts in back of steering wheel(?). Repeating what I saw on another question. Be sure to disconnect battery and wait 5 minutes to prevent air bag from deploying before removing bolts. I have already checked the actuator arm to the fuel injection system and it is not broken and looks as if it is OK.
The transmission housing for a 1991 E350 is bolted to the rear of the engine. The entire transmission case is considered the housing.
Where is the voltage regulator on a 1991 e350
My 1991 E350 Fuse diagram is in the owners manual.

What's your question? Having problems with cruise?
You would have to be more specific. Which relay are you looking for? Most relays are mounted under the hood along the firewall.
on the throttel body
