Unless there is a clearly marked "switch" on the instrument panel, there isn't one.Most motor vehicles sold in North America do not have kill switches for the airbags.Some medium and light duty trucks do because of a rear seat and infant car seats.There may be a sensor in the passenger seat to activate the airbag only when seatsare occupied.
