Doesn't have an electric fuel pump. It has a mechanical fuel pump and it is attached to the engine. Follow the fuel line from the carburetor, it will lead you right to the pump.
'69 Rivieras did not have an electric fuel pump. If that is what you want, there are many aftermarket electric pumps available for cars with carburetors. Try Summit or Jegs.

Where my fuel pump located on my 1992 Buick riviera
the fuel pump is located in the fuel tank

YES, there is an electric fuel pump inside of the fuel tank.
Some Rivieras had an electric fuel pump in the tank. under the carpet in the trunk on the right hand side is an access panel that will allow you to get to the fuel pump with out dropping the tank, first I would check to see if the wire coming from the fire wall to the rear right hand side of the engine is attached, if this wire comes off the fuel pump will not work. It comes from the fire wall and clips onto what looks like a little nail head. But getting to the fuel pump from the trunk is easy.
Some had Fuel Injection with an electric pump and some had a carburetor with a manual pump. If it is FI it has an electric pump.
