You will find one on each side of the block, close to the oil pan, near the motor mounts. A 14mm socket will fit the plugs.

There is a drain valve at the bottom of the radiator and you will have to remove the drain bolt in the engine block.
there is no "block drain", just remove the lower radiator hose to drain the block
