Presuming you are inquiring about the interior air circulating fan used for both the air conditioner and heater, it is located above the passenger's feet on the front side of the heater/chiller box. You can feel it if you wrap your hands around the bottom and right side of the box. It is accessible from the inside of the vehicle. I had mine apart looking for a water leak, but didn't take note if the fan motor can be replaced without removing the entire box. My fan motor quit, that is why I am interested in looking at it again.
