I do not know specifically, BUT on later model Ford products the "flasher" module, or relay, is usually in the FUSE BLOCK. On later year models, yours included, the fuse block is generally inside a plastic "box" which is mounted on top of the left INNER FENDER, just forward of the firewall and power brake assembly.
