According to the owners manual, in the fuse panel which is located below the instrument panel on the driver"s side: in location # 5 is a 15 amp relay for the turn signals/hazard lights also, on the top side of the fuse panel relay # 1 is labelled flasher. it states in the owner's manual to see the dealer or a certified technician for any service to the relays on top of the fuse panel.
Have your Ford dealers parts department print out a picture of the flasher location for you. They will do this if you ask.
