under the steering column remove the black plastic cover the screws i believe are 9/32. The flasher should be on the right side of the steering column. turn ign. on turn on turn signals and listen for the clicking sound

The flasher for turn signals in located on the fuse block. The fuse block is on the bottom of the dash to the right of the steering column.
