Should be under the car in the back towards the drivers side and close to the rear drivers side tire on the frame. Answer adding on. it IS on the inside of the drivers side rear frame. In between the back wheels and the gas tank. You have to depressurize your fuel system first unless you want gas everywhere. Take out your fuel pump relay and start the Jeep until the fuel in the lines get used up. then put your relay back after you disconnect the battery, than take the filter off, put the new one on, and then hook your battery up and start the jeep. it will run odd for a minute, but after it builds the fuel pressure up it will be smooth again.
Later models put the fuel filter inside the tank, but that isn't the case with the 95, I have done 3 so far and they have all been on the frame rail on the outside of the tank. Get the correct fuel connector release tool before starting the job, its really difficult without it.
