The pressure regulator is located under the upper intake manifold. Find your fuel lines entering the manifold (right behind where the air enters the manifold)...the pressure regulator is on the bottom side of that cluster*%$. You will need to remove the upper manifold to reach it and change the regulator.

The fuel pressure regulator on a 2005 Hyundai Elantra is located on the fuel pump inside the fuel tank. To change it you must remove the back seat. Under the seat there is a axcess panel through the floorboard to the fuel pump. Un hook the fuel lines and wiring, remove the screws that hold the pump to the tank. Lift out the pump from the tank. The pressure regulator is on top of the pump.

its right on your throttle body behind your injectors on the same assembly. if you want to change it, take out your injectors but replace the whole bracket with the regulator on it. there is a spring in that regulator that will fly out if you take it apart, plus there is a good chance it will leak after you get it back together
