I think you mean the pump Relay,not (coil) it is under the hood Drivers side well in Fuse box its Like 1" cube.

The horn relay in a 1994 Ford Bronco is located on attached to the cruise module. The electrical relay is under the hood.

If it is the same as the ( 1996 ) Ford Bronco : In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment ( Relay # 2 is the fuel pump relay )

ECC relay is in a box under the hood on the drivers side. open the lid and look at the inside of the cover and there will be a diagram of where each relay is located.

my 2003 Ford Expedition seem to have a fuel or relay malfunction. I can get the truck to crank if the doors are locked and unlocked several times, but it still will not start at all.

It will be in the Power Distribution Box in the engine compartment on the drivers side ( the PD Box is " live " )
There is a flasher relay that is located besides the blower motor relay, located under driver side dashboard along side of steering wheel column. But if you're having turn signal problems, check you're Multi - Function switch which is located under the ignition key cover, it's split in two halves. Easy to change, but cost about 85$. it controls directional signal's, wiper speeds, stop lights....etc.
