remove the ash tray enclosure,
remove the cigarette lighter
remove the cigarette lighter cover, just pull it with your fingers
remove the cigarette lighter enclosure. use a small Philips screwdriver to remove two (2) small screws.
the fuel pump relay is the one on the left, center row.
it is usually color white / beige.
pull it straight up.
