The fuel pump is inside the fuel tank. On a 1997 Chrysler Concorde it is accessed through a plate under the carpet in the trunk.

1997 chrysler sebring does not have a fuel cut off switch. Fuel pump is controlled by a relay located on the firewall right above the battery. Its on a bracket that holds 3 relays. The relay you are looking for is in the middle. Also called a auto shut down relay
