The fuel pump relay is part of the MAIN relay under the dash RIGHT side of steering column, its grey and brown.When you turn on the ignition you should feel it click once then again 2 seconds later. They fail because of cold solder joints and can be repaired by wicking out the old solder and resoldering. Sometimes you can get it to work by tapping on it, but this is only a temporary fix.
