I have a 1999 crown vic and the fuel pump switch is in the trunk on top of the driver side rear wheel wheel . the is a a sticker indicating what it is ... If not I would check my owners manual

You've got a bad headlight switch and need to replace it, that's the switch you pull in the dash to turn the lights on. That's why the headlights only work on bright but not dim.
You need a new ignition switch .Dont have a lot of keys on your key ring all that weight wears them out.
