hi im Zack im 14 ahah. my grandpa has a 5.9l cummins turbo diesel and his fuel screw is on top of the fuel pump. there is a small round camp on top use a screwdriver (flat) to pop cap off. the there is a nut with a screw inside it, loosen the nut and trun the screw clockwise to increase ur flow . turn outward to reduce ur flow . confusing but its right. u should have the smoke rolling now.
