the fuse box on a mk2 Golf gti or other is under the little plastic panel below the steering wheel. if you put your hand down and feel for a ledge where the dashboard ends and the plastic lower half starts then just pull the ledge and the fuse box will be in front of you

is it necessary to have r14 fuse and r6 fuse in the fuse box to start and keep vehicle running
I dont have that car, but on my cars, I just disconnect the battery and leave it over night. There might also be a fuse for PCM (Powertrain control module), pull those too. My grand am has 2 PCM fuses, one on the inside fuse box and one in the fuse box under the hood so be sure to check all your fuse boxes if you have multiple.

hi mate, it is located behind the glove box, if you remove the black cover you will see 2 clips on the top of the fuse box, press these and the fuse box will flip forward to reveal a 2nd fuse box, the fuse for the wiper washers in in this 1!
There are 2 Fuse Boxes on the Citroen C3 one in the glove box and the other under the bonnet, next to the battery. The link has photos of both fuse box locations
it may be the relay switch or a fuse blown check under the hood in fuse box #1 and fuse box #2.
