In many vehicles this particular piece is located behind the passenger's side part of the front dashboard. If you are going to be working with this piece, make sure you have the proper tools.
In the fascia fuse box, it is fuse number 20.
Yes.
Under the glove box. There is a drop down panel under the glove box held in place by two slotted retaining clips, twist these until panel drops then you can access fuse box.
Most likely the fuse is blown. Check that out. Or the switch on the brake pedal is shot if the fuse is good. Both of those good both bulbs may be burned out. Not likely though.

check fuse box normally located near you left foot in vehicle.... also check the other fuse box under the hood normally located driver side, close to the windshield wiper. best tho change both fuses. diagrams of locations of fuses are listed in your vehicle manual. most fuses only cost .75 to a few dollars at an auto parts store like autozone. you can show them the fuse and they get it for you.
Yes. The 75 will have the plastic bumpers, so there will be subtle cosmetic differences, but, it will work.
Hello; The fuse box is under the dash on the driver's side. It's right above the release pull for the hood. Many are covered with a white semi-opaque plastic cover that indicates (in Japanese at least on my '75) what the fuses go to. Good Luck!

No, the 1974 Corvette frame is NOT the same as a 1975 Corvette frame. I have had customers modify it to fit, but you would have to change the rear kick up or adapt a 75 and above rear bumper assembly to make it work.
