Usually on a GM, the fuses for the interior are located on a fuse panel either under the dashboard on the driver's side, up against the firewall.
Or as is the case in my 2000 GMC Sierra, on the side of the dashboard on the drivers side.
As soon as you open the driver's door, there is a cover that just lifts off and then you can gain access to the fuses.
