In the kick panel, idiot. It's next to the clutch pedal, it's tucked pretty far up but it will be on the side near the door. If you have an automatic, die in a fire.
The kick panel is a little panel that you can remove to reveal a whole bunch of little automotive fuses, check the sticker on the back side of the panel for where the cig lighter fuse is. Otherwise make sure your car is off and have fun pulling each one til you find the burnt out one.
Replace with same rated fuse!
Check the fuse box first then the lighter.
