Behind the ashtray. Pull out the ashtray and carefully pull the complete fuse and relay tray forward ( if necessary to get to the relays) otherwise the fuses are accessible. The legend for fuse size and protected circuits is imprinted on the reverse side of the ash tray.

If you look on the driver side back by the break pedle you will see the fuse panel
The fuse panel is located inside fuse box cover which is under he dash, near the steering wheel column on your Ford Econoline.
On the drivers side up under the dash you will see the fuse panel close to the drivers door
On a 240 series it is in a bracket against the right side bulkhead. Drop the under dash panel and you can see it. It is rectangular and white. On a 740 model it is in the back of the fuse panel behind the ash tray same color and rectangular
mostly all jags and volvo's have that pattern

in my 2007 s40 the fuse panel is located above the passenger footwell hidden behind the cloth trim.
On the left side under the hood.
Should be in the same place as the 2007 I used to drive... in the centre of the dash. Pull out the cupholders, undo the two screws which are exposed when you do that, and pull that panel up. It'll expose the fuse panel.
