It shows in my manual that when the passenger door is open it is opposite the passenger door near the Glove box, but mine was not there, it is at the right kickpanel where a passenger's right foot would normally be. or you could just look harder!

My '92 Laredo has the horns behind the bumper on each side. The high (pitch) horn is on the passenger side and the low horn is on the driver's side. You will have to remove the entire header panel to access these horns. usually in front of the rad between the rad and the grill. You will need to remove the grill and light assembly to access the horn. It's on the passenger side.
It is inside the HVAC housing, under the dash. The entire dash and HVAC housing must be removed to access.

I do not believe there is such a thing as a tcu. there is an ECM (engine control module), and a TPS (throttle positioning sensor) TCU: Transmission Control Unit. On a Jeep Cherokee (not sure about the Grand Cherokee), it's located on the passenger side behind the dash. You can reach it from the bottom without removing anything, but it is easier of you remove the bottom of the dash.
