Check under the hood. There is a fuse and relay panel. There is also a fuse panel next to the driver's side door on the side of the dash.
You need to SWAP THEM!
There is a fuse panel under the hood that say fuses and there is one on the side of the driver's side dash that you pop the cover off.
Open your Driver's Door and there is a fuse panel cover on the left side of the dash. pull it off, look at the fuse layout legend and pull the 10 amp fuse for the horn
