My mom has a 2000 Honda Accord Lx and had the same problem. It ended up being a faulty gas cap.
The 1994 Honda Del Sol Si has the trunk release near the driver side door next to the gas cap release lever. It does have a lock so both the gas cap and trunk can be locked when leaving the car with a valet. I hope this answers the questions as it is rather vague.
Take off the gas cap.
You must be a woman. Remove the oil fill cap on the valve cover and put 4 quarts in.
Look at the radiator, it should be in the front. It has a cap on it, take it off and you can put coolant in side.
Both the owner's manual and the oil filler cap for 1998-2002 Honda Accords states 5w30. NOT 5W20. 5W20 is for newer (2001-) Honda Civics and (2003-) Accords with tighter mechanical tolerances.
