If you are refering to the speed govenor, it is programmed into the computer. Hope this helps "G" You can get a new/reprogrammed PCM by Digitial Horsepower at pfyc. com. It removes the governor plus other modifications. There are some requirements though. You may need to use premium fuel, core charge, etc..
