The flasher/relay for the turn signal/hazard is located behind the hazard button. To access it, you need to remove the dash bezel. Use caution when you go to detach the relay. you need 2 small screw drivers to release the 2 retaining clips on the back of bezel. I spoke with local Chevy dealer and ended up purchasing a Haynes book to verify where it was. As of today, I wasn't able to locate the flasher/relay from any other parts store....dealer item!
yes
May be part of the hazard warning module - part of the switch

Chevrolet Monte Carlo was created in 1970.
The turn signal/hazard flasher is integrated into the flasher switch. A very common failure on these cars.
where is my singnals and hazard flalsher on my 2004 Chevy Monte Carlo
There is no such car as a 1989 Monte Carlo
Probably turn signal flasher
The turn signal flasher on a 2001 Monte Carlo is behind the hazard button on the instrument panel. You have to take out the instrument panel bezel to access it. I found this out through a Haynes repair manual for that car. I have to replace mine and did some research. The turn signals and hazard lights are both tied into the same flasher. Hope this helps.
The weight of a 1995 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is 1486(kg) or about 3276 pounds.
The 2001 Monte Carlo emergency flasher relay switch and the turn signal flasher relay switch are the same. The flasher relay switch simply plugs in and out.
