the hazard button is located on the steering column on the right lower side... as far as the 2nd button... I'm actually trying to figure that out for myself, lol
the second button starts the car in 2nd gear I believe it's only for the automatics and it is used when you need to get more traction in say snow.

what do you mean how do you open it? You either use your key or you push the yellow button on the dash.
