Under the hood, passenger side, in the top of the fan housing there is a cable with a rubber boot on the end. it is attached to a plate with 3 screws. remove the 3 screws and the resistor assy will lift out. If you just want to look at it, you can leave the wires attached which will help to keep from dropping it when it is removed. If the fan motor is running, don't touch the wires, they can be very hot. Also don't let them touch anything metal as this will short them and cause them to break.
