Low to high beam is the lever on the steering column, if there is a problem, look there first...
i dont think they have a fuse.you either have a blown blub or its the highlow beam switch itself
How do i find the relay switch for my Skoda Fabia 1200cc model year 55. I am after the relay switch which works the dip and main beam headlights, my main beam works but not the dipped beam. Thanks.
well i think its the relay cause if one works and the other doesnt cause when the magnetic field is activated in it it will make the throw switch to the other pole
The switch or the relay, check the cheapest, or simplest thing first, which could be the relay, but the symptom points more to the switch.
Inside the switch.
update: all of the sudden the lights started working. Hmmmm, guess that proves it's a bad relay or loose connection someplace. Sucks though because I can't isolate the problem if it's not happening. (don't you just hate electrical problems) Guess I'll replace the relay, clean/check the connections and hope it never comes back. Yeah right... :)
I believe the dimmer switch is in the steering wheel column.
Under hood fuse panel, should be #35 relay, operates low beam headlights
Hi bean bulb section burnt out bad hi beam switch bad hi beam relay check the fuses for the headlights loose connections
It's ether the switch/wiring/bulb/relay. You will need a multimeter to diagnose everything but the relay. You can swap relays from something else to see it it works.
There is no relay...your turn signal /combo switch is bad...
Bab bulbs? (they are double filamented) Bad dimmer switch? Bad low-beam relay?
