I added, and will answer the above question to help others not make the same mistake I just did when reading other Q&A Forums. I am not sure about any other vehicle other than my exact Make and Model, but here is the deal: I own a 2000 Toyota 4Runner Limited with a V6. The plastic belt cover says "3400 Four Cam 24" on it. Don't listen to anyone who tells you the thermostat housing is on the engine side of the top radiator hose. It is actually on the engine side of the bottom radiator hose. Just three 10mm nuts. Just make sure when replacing the thermostat you have the thermostat vent hole (on the thermostat face) in the 12 noon position. And replace the gasket of course. Good luck!!!
How do you change the rear brake light on a 2002 Toyota Highlander?
The bulb on the highlander is in a plastic holder that screws ? snaps into the hole in the tail light from the inside of the vehicle. On each side just in line with the brake light is a small pannel that just snaps out of and into place. Remove this small panel and behind it you will see 3 bulb holders in a verticle row . Remove the one that is out by turning the bulb holder counter clock wise (to the left) CAUTION : you can drop the bulb holder and it will fall down into the lower finder well and is near impossible to retrieve. It is best to cover the hole in the finder with some tape or ?? . Replace the bulb by pulling the old one out and insert the new bulb. Put the bulb holder back into the hole , align the ears with the proper slots in the tail light and turn to the right until it stops and is in the same position as the others. Replace the small panel and you are done.

On the 2001 4Runner the DRL relay is inside the vehicle, near the driver's right leg, just left of the center console. It is labeled "Running Lights." You can reach it without taking apart the dash at all; just reach behind it and unplug the connector, remove pin 2, tape it securely out of the way, and plug the connector back in. I have a 2000 4Runner which has a grey box that is unlabled. I followed the instructions above and it worked. To assist any who attempt to remove PIN2 please note you will want to find a very small flathead screwdriver. I actually grinded a small screwdriver down very flat so I could push it into the backside of the PIN2 hole which relieved the catch inside the connector. Once I had the small screwdriver inserted into the backside of the PIN2 hole I pushed backwards from the front and PIN2 slipped out. This way if you decide to replace PIN2 all you have to do is snap it back in.

They are not adjustable - they spray in a fixed pattern. If you believe that it is plugged or partially blocked DO NOT STICK A PIN INTO THE HOLE! You can try removing the feed hose and blowing some compressed air into the hole to try and dislodge any blockage. While the hose is off, cycle the washer on several times and flush any possible foreign contaminants out of the hose.
