Under hood. Open fuse box. There are small relays and big relays. It is the big relay fuse closest to the outside of the vehicle. There should be a map under the fuse cover.
The fuse for the horn should be on the drivers side underneath the dash. There is a diagram on it that shows the horn fuse.
mini fuse number 15
It could be the relay or the horns. It could also be the contact ring under the airbag. The horn relay is in the same fuse box as the horn fuse. Have someone depress horn inside car and feel for relay clicking. Unplug horn and use multimeter with horn depressed to check for power to horn.
My mechanic says the horn coil is bad. A $180 part at the dealer.
Yes there is.
The horn fuse is located in the fuse box under the hood on the drivers side of the truck. Lift off the cover of the fuse box and the underside of the cover has a labeled diagrahm. Find the 15 amp fuse. Remove and replace. However, I also have a 2003 suburban and found that the problem originates with a short in the horn assembly in the steerng wheel. The horn will keep working as a lock/unlock indicator, but will only work one time if the horn is activated on the steering wheel. It will keep blowing fuses.
The fuse for the horn on a 2002 Camry is going to be either under the hood, or inside of the dash. The dash might need to be take one to find it.Ê
there might be a crack in the positive wire and its coming in contact with the frame. These older GM products dont stand the test of time in their wiring!
Just pull straight out. If it is difficult you may use needle nosed pliers to pull fuse out.
the fuse for the horn is under the hood in a black box on the driver side cant miss it also there are spare fuses and a fuse puller in the box.
could be horn relay in underhood fuse box. or bad horn..
Fuse box in engine compartment, fuse # 43, 15 amps.
