The Horn for a 1995 to 1998 Grand Am SE/GT is located right behind the driver side headlight. In order to access the horn you will have to "either" take out the battery and access it through a small hole after removing the windshield washer fluid resavoir filler tube(1 bolt and gently pull it out) OR you will have to jack the front of the car up and go up under the bumper(still a tight squeeze but you will have more room). This answer is incorrect. The horn on a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am is located on the passenger side behind the bumper. It can be accessed from underneath the car by removing the plastic splash shield.
