Under the hood, on driver's side (Left), at rear of engine compartment; there is an electrical distribution panel. Inside the panel (open, latch is to the rear), at the front of the vehicle end, there are four relays (if equipped with fog lamps, etc.). In any case, using the firewall as the top end, the horn relay is in the bottom left corner on the 97 Ranger that I own. Per the manual
