Nevermind..I found the horn relay online.. My horn went off this morning and in a panic.. I unplugged it. My neighbor said he thought the horn relay went bad.. The top was down in my 2003 Wrangler during a rain storm and it got soaked..SO I don't know if this is related or unrelated...
