It's the same as the Throttle Position Sensor--it's on the front side of the throttle body just left of the plenum--its probably gray or black--if you loosen the top screw you can adjust it to the left or right.
At idle 13-20 psi Key on engine off: 23-31 psi

it's a function of the shift-position sensor switch (automatic) which is in the center console.
With a scan tool
it runs a little rough at first!
There is no adjustment screw, idle is automatically controlled by the pcm.
Im not sure about a 92, but when it happened to my 98, i had to replace the Idle control valve. its generally about 50 bucks and is very easily done.
I currently own a 91 soch, but this is my second Stealth. My first was a 92 es dohc,,yes they have ECS. I had to replace it in mine.
