The passenger airbag can be switched on and off with your key. The switch (looks like a lock) is located on side of the dash on the passengerside and can be operated with the door open only. While switched off, the indicator on the dash will light up to indicate that the passenger's airbag is disabled. According to the manual, unless the airbag is switched off, both airbags will deploy in case of an accident, even if the passenger seat is not in use. Check your manual for proper instructions!
There is 3 relays #1 is located behind the glove compartment on the right, #2 and #3 are on the inside fender wall in the relay box on the passenger side of the vehicle. To install a manual antenna on a 1996 Toyota Camry, a hole will have to be drilled into a fender somewhere near a side mirror, if there isn't already one there. The hole should be smaller than the nut that will hold the antenna on. Thread the antenna wire in and connect to the back of the radio, then tighten down the nut to hold the antenna in place.
