The knock sensor on the driver side of a 1994 Chevy S-10 blazer is kinda between two of the spark plugs on that side. It is rather difficult to get out in my experience because the steering knuckle blocks access to get a tool in there. it helps a lot to disconnect the steering knuckle and go thru the driver side wheel well (you've cut the rubber mud guard out of the way... that helps with spark plugs too)

A faulty engine temp sensor can do that.
It does not have one
left side back of engine by dist.
It has 1 coolant sensor, 1 temperature sensor
i think it is the sensor located on the drivers side of the motor rite next to the middle spark plug.
That truck still has a distributor, it doesn't have a crank position sensor.
The crank position sensor is on the front of the engine. It is behind the crank pulley on the left side.
I have a 92 s10 blazer and my code 43 was fixed by replacing the knock sensor. so maybe check the knock sensor and the wiring from that to the ECM.
The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is an important component to your 1994 General Motors Blazer/Jimmy's EFI system. This pressure sensor is located provisioned into the intake manifold assembly.
It is screwed into the passenger side of the engine block just in front of the starter.
