It has to be leaking from somewhere if not hoses, try to locate what area the leak is coming from, could be numerous things from heater core, radiator, intake, head gasket, etc.
Check both the heater core as well as the heater hoses for leaks...........
There's a leak somewhere in your coolant system. Check the radiator and the hoses.
try following the hoses from the anti freeze tank you should find your problem...
There might be a leak in the water pump, or in the radiator. Maybe even check the radiator hoses for cracks and leaks.
Not antifreeze, that is special oil for the ac compressor with some dye in it to help trace refrigerant leaks.
Hoses? Intake manifold? Heater? Thermostat housing? Freeze plugs? Radiator? Pressure test system to help find
Yes. If a water pump is leaking, it leaks anti freeze. Anti freeze, (coolant) can also leak from the radiator, or from water hoses.
Antifreeze / coolant has a UV dye in it (unless it is "GM dexcool", then you would have to buy a dye and put it in your radiator) . Get a "black light bulb" and put it in your shop light and look around your hoses. They make special flashlights with UV bulbs, etc, but just go to the hardware store or walmart and get a bulb.
Since a vehicle's cooling system is closed and sealed, antifreeze (coolant) loss will occur due to leaks which can be in any part of the system, such as the radiator, water pump, heater core, transmission cooler, hoses, or a blown head gasket.
smell of antifreeze and no visable leaks usually indicates that the heater core needs replacing
Look just below the water pump to see if any antifreeze is visible. Water pumps will sometimes leak and drip out antifreeze. Check the engine oil to see if antifreeze is mixed with the oil, indicating a blown head gasket.
