The Light Control Module is located under the Dash ,DRIVER SIDE, Above the Gas Pedal , It is anchored by 2 Hex head bolts, Use 1/4"socket driver to loosen them,There are 4 Connectors from engine side connecting them to this LCM ,do not confuse this module with Power Steering Control module that is located in passenger side . This module has special shape in a Black plastic casing. First check all your fuses. If they are good, then check for voltage from the headlight switch. If you have that, then the Light Control Module is bad. There is a brown wire coming from that module that controls the tail lights, licence plate lights, and running lights. You can also check by applying 12 volts to the brown wire and ground. If your lights come on, then for sure it is the light control module located under the dash by the steering column.
