The 1990 Buick LeSabre oxygen sensor is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. The oxygen sensor will be on the back side of the housing.

No. The 96 is a 3800 Series II with different MAF sensor, fuel line attachments, fuel injectors and accessory attachments. The bolt pattern for the accessories is probably the most diffucult to overcome

The VSS is located on the transmission bell housing, on the passenger side near the output of the drive shaft there will be a wiring harness plugged into it
