Where is the location of the oil pressure sending unit on a 2001 Chevy silverado 1500?

You will have to climb up and lean over the top of the engine and look at the back of the engine/intake manifold to see it. V-8 engine will be on the right top side of the engine. V-6 will be on the left top side of the engine just behind the back of the intake.
They are hard to see.

How do you change the oil sending unit on a 1990 Chevy Silverado half ton 350 cu in and where is it located?
The oil pressure sending unit on my 1997 silverado is on the top of the engine behind the intake manifold. It took a while to find it.I had to climb on top of the engine and look down to the block up near the firewall I was having eratic oil pressure readings and the sending unit was the problem.
