It's kinda like a fire if there is nothing to burn the fire wont go there, so with electrons if there is nothing to travel in to (like a switch, a light bulb, a buzzer ect.) the electrons wont go there because they can't just travel through air like fire can't just travel through air.
the ac stoped working and so did the heat . I changed the thermostat added freant
Your air conditioning system holds approximately 5 pounds of Freon. Most recharge kits come with a gauge that will tell you exactly how much Freon to put into the system.
I have a 1999 KIA Sportage and experience the mysterious hard starting problem on an intermittent basis. I have found a solid shot of starter fluid into the air intake line just behind the Mass Airflow Sensor usually does the trick. As to why the problem exists or what is the root cause of the problem, that is still quite the enigma. Hope it helps. AD
Take to Autozone and ask them to do an OBD-2 check. Can be air mass flow sensor, dirty injectors caused by dirty fuel filter, etc.
Open the hood, and it should be on the right side, encased in a hinged plastic cover. IIRC, the W900, T600, and T660 all use the same cabin air filter, which can be simply washed out and reused.
You're talking about the air drier, and it'll either be under the hood, on the right hand side of the vehicle, towards the front, or in front of the #2 axle, on the right hand side of the vehicle.
Need to know what engine you have. Typically, Kenworth will have the HVAC filter on the right side of the truck, by the firewall. It'll be encased in black plastic with a rubber securement strap on the bottom, and be hinged at the top. Open it up, and you'll see the HVAC filter... usually, it's blue, and it's very simple... you don't even have to change it unless it's damaged.. you can just blow it out with some compressed air or wash it out with water.
A 1999 will have automatic slack adjusters. Press the brake pedal all the way to the floor a few times, and that should do it for you. If you're not certified to work on air brake systems, anything else is illegal for you to do.
Behind the dash board.

when should crawl space be vented
yes it can be,you just need to convert it.
You open the air filter cover, remove the air filter, and replace it. You want anything more specific, you need to give a specific model.
The air system has several valves. You'd need to identify WHICH valve it is. Chances are, you'd be better off just to replace it.
As long as it takes. You didn't specify a model (remember, Kenworth makes Class 5 through Class 8 trucks), you didn't specify a brake system (S-cam air brakes, hydraulic brakes, hydraulic disc brakes, air disc brakes, air wedge brakes, or air piston brakes), and we don't know your level of technical experience.
The air conditioning filter on a Kenworth T800 is located in one of two places. It is either located near the unit itself, in a slide out drawer under the unit. The filter can also be at the drop down air return ducts. There should be a filter in one location only.
