low pressure port is located by the evaporator/heater core under the hood, you have to look good because they have done a very good job of hiding it from us.
The low pressure port is the smaller of the two ports and has either a blue or green cap on it.

If you are referring to the AC low pressure port, you will see two in the engine compartment,the low pressure port is the smaller one. They will both be on silver colored "pipes" and have black caps on them. DO NOT PLAY WITH THE HIGH PRESSURE PORT!

on the 2001 Focus we found the low pressure port in the passenger front wheel well, hopefully this is consistent with the 2002 model good luck
The port is located on the low pressure line. The low pressure line is the larger of the two lines coming from the A/C compressor. Also it should have a blue cap covering the port.

it is hidden in the back under the black box of wires. . . just follow the silver pipe to the rear that is attached to the easily accesed high pressure valve and you will see it clearly. . . you have to be standing in the front of the Expedition looking straight back and low (ref: 2002 EB)
It's on the drier canister against the fire wall under a bunch of wiring.
